The biggest shops can be found in the city centre, you’ll find they have very flexible opening hours, and there are even shops open at night.

There is something for all tastes and budgets, from large shopping centres to luxury stores, street markets, and brand outlets. You’re sure to find what you’re looking for!

Benidorm: a shopping destination

You’ll find a lot of shopping options here, you can start off on the Avenida Mediterráneo, which is just by the Playa de Levante. You can find numerous shops and watering holes there. It’s one of the most famous streets in the city.

After stopping off there, you can move on to the famous Plaza Triangular before heading to Calle Gambo, a very interesting pedestrian street where you can find mid-priced shops such as Zara and Cool. If you love sportswear and sports footwear then make sure you visit Base, a two level sports shop.

You can also pay a visit to the Paseo de la Carretera, a very interesting tourist favourite. Here you can find several well-known jewellers and other shoe and clothes shops.

Do you like shopping centres? Then go straight ahead and visit the Centro Comercial La Marina. It has three levels where you can find all sorts of items. There are luxury shops such as Guess and Tours as well as more wallet-friendly stores such as Parfois and Pull & Bear.

Make the most of your romantic getaway and visit the street markets

These are some of the markets you can enjoy exploring over your stay.

– Mercadillo de Foietes: held every Wednesday morning. This is one of the biggest you can visit. You’ll find a little bit of everything here: clothes, fruit, cafés, and a whole lot more.

– Rincón de Loix: you can visit this market on Sundays, it’s held in a lovely location and is very popular with tourists. In terms of prices, it’s similar to Foeites.

– Mercado El Cisne: if you like antiques, you just have to come here. It’s held on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We’re sure you’ll love it, and, as a bonus, you can enjoy live music thanks to the bands that liven up the atmosphere for visitors.
