This season, Terra Mítica will feature an exclusive luxury resort with bungalows.
The Costa Blanca theme park, Terra Mítica, turns 20 this year. To promote the leisure complex, Grupo Santa-Maria – the owner of Terra Mitica Park as well as Aqualandia and Mundomar and the Palm Beach hotels, Don Jorge tourist apartments and Grand Luxor Hotel – has decided to expand and enhance its hotel range. To this end, the business group has begun construction work for what will be its first luxury resort with themed bungalows.
Under the name Grand Luxor Villages, the new overnight stay area will consist of 102 themed houses of 36 and 64 square metres with two different layouts: duplex and ground floor. The Resort will include all kinds of excellent facilities: 5 communal swimming pools plus 51 other private pools for the luxury bungalows. A bar, garden areas, playgrounds and a landscaping project that will transport guests to the heart of Egypt itself.
The Santa-Maria group launched the Grand Luxor Hotel in 2016, becoming a leisure industry benchmark for both the Terra Mítica customer and the MICE sector, the group’s new line of business aimed at corporate events. The development of Grand Luxor Villages represents an expansion project for the group that will establish it as a benchmark in international leisure.
